GITLAI is the advisory practice of Jason Gilbreath. He has spent two decades building growth systems inside private companies — most recently shipping 20+ production AI applications in a single year, with full adoption, as Chief Innovation Officer of MedPro Healthcare Staffing, a PE-backed firm. Before that, he helped lead Triage Staffing from $120M to $1.2B in revenue, and earlier drove transformation work at First National Bank of Omaha that contributed to $67M in profit improvement across an $11B enterprise.
He has done this work independently before. At Next Stage Advisors he spent a year as a fractional innovation leader, working with executives and early-stage ventures on strategy and execution, and leveraging AI himself to deliver the work. GITLAI is that practice on his own terms, focused on PE-backed and owner-led mid-market companies.
